The hotel is located on a quiet downtown street in Budapest. It is also near the main shopping area and offers good access to public transport for sights that are not within walking distance.

The Anna Hotel is housed in a traditional, low-rise building, with a yellow facade enhanced by white paintwork. The whole street is in fact extremely pretty and quiet with very little traffic. The hotel lobby is small and accessed by a few stairs. The reception desk is to the left of the entrance and there is a bar to the rear where seats are provided. The 32 medium sized guestrooms have green-toned décor and carpets, complemented by the light wood furnishings and floral bedspreads. All the rooms are pleasant and in good condition, as are the tiled en suite bathrooms. Though small, with dark furniture, the restaurant features yellow décor and lots of natural light, which lend it a fresh, open feel. It offers a Continental buffet breakfast every morning.
