The hotel is located on Pest's bustling Outer Ring (Panzió Ring) boulevard, on the fringes of the fashionable Újlipótváros neighborhood. It's also just a block away from Nyugati Railway Station and 10 minutes’ walk from the Danube embankment and Margaret Island, the city's loveliest park.

The City Panzió Ring Hotel is housed in a traditional building, with an attractive stone-cut façade. Small in size, the lobby contains a compact reception desk, which acts not only as a check-in and check-out desk, but also as a bar and a small shop. All 39 functional guestrooms are medium sized and in fair to good condition. The breakfast room can be found to the right of the reception area on the ground floor. Like the rest of the hotel, it is basic but modern and in good condition. While the hotel is not luxurious in any way, it is nevertheless functional, comfortable and fully equipped.
